Lexington, SC, June 23, 2025 – Victory Village, Lexington’s newest shopping destination hosted its Groundbreaking Ceremony. The event will celebrate the start of construction on a transformative new shopping center that will be anchored by Target and led by 4 13 Solutions, Inc., whose chairman is NFL Hall of Famer and real estate entrepreneur, Emmitt Smith.
The center will span more than 230,000 square feet of retail space, directly serving Lexington’s growing community and reinforcing its place as one of the fastest-growing regions in South Carolina.
