Founded in 2020 by NFL Hall of Famer and all-time leading rusher Emmitt Smith, 4 13 Solutions is built on a mission to deliver sustainable and cost-effective energy solutions to its commercial real estate partners. This strategic acquisition aligns with 4 13’s continued growth and strengthens its ability to serve clients with vertically integrated energy services.

CLS Sustainable, founded in 2019 by Deke Welling and Kevin Warren, is a national renewable energy developer and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) firm specializing in commercial, industrial, and community solar. Headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, CLS has developed projects in ten states, including Texas, Nevada, Florida, and Massachusetts, and holds a pipeline exceeding 30 MW slated for completion through 2026.
RGS Energy launched in 2020 to support CLS with equipment procurement during a time of heightened supply chain constraints. It has since evolved into a trusted boutique supply and logistics provider for developers across the U.S., having delivered over 100 MW of solar panels. RGS recently secured a Supply Chain Management agreement for Project Exodus—a 226 MW solar farm and 200 MW battery energy storage system (BESS) in Maxwell, Texas.
