LEXINGTON, SC – The NFL’s all-time leading rusher and Pro Football Hall of Famer is part of a development company which is leaving its mark in Lexington. A member of Dallas Cowboys royalty was in Lexington Monday. Pro Football Hall of Famer Emmitt Smith, the NFL’s all-time leading rusher who won three Super Bowls with the Cowboys, retired from the league after the 2004 season.
But more than 20 years later, Smith is a part of 413 Solutions, Inc. a real estate development organization which promotes energy efficiency. That brought Smith to Lexington for a ground breaking ceremony as his company is behind the construction of a shopping center located across from Lexington High School.
After competing at the highest level in the NFL, Smith is now a part of a new team that is competing in the world of ciommercial development. This project in Lexington is set to open its doors for business in the fall of 2026.
